Lignor developed its stranded wood products over several years.
Initially, we were advised by the Germans and the Americans that it was not possible to strand hardwoods.
But we persisted and became the first to successfully develop and patent stranding hardwoods.
Since then, we have conducted over 70 independent tests in 15 world-standard R&D laboratories to ensure our product portfolio is accredited and appropriate for a wide range of applications.
We have also currently registered patents in 20+ countries including the USA, Australia, Japan and the European Union.
